Great quality and assortment of goods. Clean store. Staff is about as friendly as Walmart Employees. NO need to wear a mask I was pretty much the only one lost count at 8 people without masks. Employees were wearing them though.
You can't buy a simple truckers hat under $25. Prices are USA prices for CCP junk. Everything looks overpriced by about 20%. Knowledgeable customer service is lacking. I get an overall sense of laziness from the staff. Firearms department seems like they would rather just not serve you. Can't inspect the firearms and no in store returns. There are better options down the road. Bye CAL Ranch.
I called and had a question but they put me on hold and my call was dropped. And I called and they kept putting me on putting on. And after my 4th call I finally talk to someone I had to get kind of angry to get to someone. So they need to work on their customer service big time!!.

I come in to purchase 2 stihl chainsaws, which are Stihl 391-Z. I wait in line patiently ask to purchase but they tell me they don't have a representative on hand and to come back tomorrow at a specific time which i did. Got rude customer service was told no "expert" was in again and was told call the next day, and still no represenative! I have the freaking money and i know what i want to purchase. Im taking my business elsewhere. Edit. would like to add they lost out on a 1,600 deal.
Customer service is hit or miss with this store. Seasonal employees and the current labor market makes for high turnover.
This place has good inventory and the prices are fair. Don’t expect too much with help. Lots of times, they’re great. Other times, you’re on your own.
I bought a chainsaw here. After one use, it was leaking chain oil like a sieve. I had the receipt and talked to the manager. He said they wouldn’t be able to help and I’d have to go to the manufacturer.
Huge variety of farm items, feed, pet supplies, etc. Fly traps and grass/hay pellets were completely sold out.
Pricing was pretty good on most things. There was definitely not enough help at checkout line and was quite a wait.
Wasn't too pleased when I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses, got halfway home when I reached for a pair, only to find them in bag with 5lb roll of wire, all scratched up. No wrap, no concern. 45 minute drive to return.. so that won't happen. Not too pleased!
Ordered something small online went to the store grabbed it from the back and said i bought this online can you proceeds the online order so I can leave. Guy told me it would be TWO DAYS for them to process my order. Well I’m going to Nashville tomorrow bud. You can’t click a few buttons??? Never coming here again wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone. Im going to tractor supply down the road.
Pretty good selection and prices. I would advise anyone buying a firearms scope/optic there to carefully check the contents before you leave. I bought a SIG scope the other day. Upon opening the box, the scope had been removed from it's plastic bag and one of the attached flip caps had been rotated 180 degrees for some reason. Couldn't find the included battery (turns out that it had been installed by somebody). There's an Allen wrench included to install the mount, but that was missing entirely. Nothing appeared damaged and the scope worked fine, so I kept it even though the situation was a little annoying. I put that all on me - should have inspected it more thoroughly. So, live and learn.
